    Dani joined the Pollock team in the fall of 2020, originally hailing from the brewing and restaurant industries. As it so happens, her experience as a quality assurance lab analyst was a perfect proving ground for handling a wealth of details.


    This Iowa native graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Fermentation Science & Technology (with additional concentrations in Food Science and Spanish), and she’s been in the Centennial State ever since. After stints at various breweries and Noosa, she decided to dive head first into the world of accounting and try something new.


    What Dani enjoys most about working at Pollock is meeting with clients and overseeing the day-to-day needs of the office. In her off hours, you can find her experimenting in her own kitchen, spending time outdoors, and watching Seinfeld while snuggling with her two dogs.
